At Vellora Jewellers, each piece is crafted with precision, passion, and the uncompromising quality that defines our brand. Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and while we take every measure to ensure excellence, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary.


Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that your return be logged within 72 hours of receiving your jewellery, using any of the following channels:

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Presented in brand-new, unworn, and pristine condition

  • Free from any scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, pouches, and certificates

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Any piece showing signs of wear, misuse, or alteration will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund.

Upon approval, we will share the return shipping details and instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted for safety and verification reasons.


Damages & Incorrect Deliveries

We kindly encourage you to inspect your jewellery upon arrival.

If you discover that your item is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Not the item you ordered,

please notify us immediately. Our team will gladly investigate and provide a prompt, appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of our clients and to uphold our standards of luxury and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Jewellery damaged during trying-on

  • Any item that has been worn

  • Custom-made or bespoke pieces
    (These may be considered for return or exchange at management’s discretion; design and craftsmanship fees may apply.)


Exchanges

We welcome exchanges for items returned in flawless, unused condition, free of:

  • Scratches

  • Scuffs

  • Mechanical damage

If you’d prefer a different piece, simply return the original item for approval. Once accepted, you may purchase your new selection separately.

If you need additional time to decide, we will gladly issue a store credit for the amount paid.

Custom-designed items may be exchanged, subject to applicable design or manufacturing fees.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please be aware that banks and credit providers may require additional time for processing.
