Customised or made-to-order pieces may be returned for store credit or adjustment.
To initiate a return, contact support@vellora.com with your order number.
Return & Refund Policy
At Vellora, every piece is crafted and packaged with care. We kindly ask that you inspect your jewellery upon delivery and keep all original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
General Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Items returned without prior communication, approval, or without a valid explanation may be declined. Vellora reserves the right to refuse returns that arrive in unacceptable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
All jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective and there is no visible damage to the parcel, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue swiftly.
Returning Your Jewellery
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged in its original packaging or an adequately padded box/envelope.
Returned items must be shipped via a reputable courier service.
Please note:

Vellora is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our return address will be provided once your request has been approved.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery sets containing earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
